Wait no I think what is going on is that almost all the transcript pages are still in the "needs proofreading" category, which is a "needs categorizing" category; some pages must have direct "[[Category:_NAME_]]" text, which puts them in the "categorized" category. But how ever many pages have been categorized isn't really important, right?
